Senior Accounting Supervisor
Job Summary The Senior Accounting Supervisor will oversee a team of accountants responsible for the preparation of the financial records for the business ensuring accurate accounting records and compliance with company policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities • Close monthly books of accounts and prepare various accounting and Financial statements as per central accounts schedule. • Periodically review and scrutinize trial balance and ensure accuracy by checking entries and postings. • Prepare periodical reports and provide to central accounts and corporate planning in time. • Supervise reconciliation of Banks statements, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables, Inventory, etc. • Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures (eg. expenses, provisions, etc.). • Liaise with external and internal auditors. • Coordinate implementation of accounting and control procedures. • Coordinate with IT in improving, enhancing system capabilities. • Plan and schedule work of clerical staff, accountants and senior accountants. Job Summary To assist in packing of personal/household shipments at clients residence and Atlas warehouse.
