Training Delivery:
- Deliver trainings on job/classroom/virtual using various engaging techniques on product knowledge, selling skills, VM, store operations and other topics
- Assess and determine the training needs of all individuals and teams through comprehensive TNIs with retail teams across the region
- Research and implement new training techniques
- Conducting induction for new joiners
- Identify and track training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative parameters
- Frequent travel to stores to meet store specific training requirements
- Design training calendars and manage the full training delivery cycle
- Design and lead activations to support learning implementation
Content Development
- Create training content – functional & soft skills using multiple tools
- Staying abreast of L&D trends in the area of instructional design and content creation
- Design and Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires
- Design and deliver role specific initiatives in the areas of functional, soft skills and leadership skills across retail roles
- Design, organize and present various training sessions in an engaging and informative manner on a one to one or large groups of employees
- Execution of administrative tasks pertaining to LMS
- Develop strong product knowledge awareness to design effective learning modules
