The Sr. Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving marketing and sales efforts for Washingtonia Agriculture and Landscaping Company. This role requires understanding in agricultural products, landscaping services, and retail sales, combined with strong leadership to manage and motivate teams effectively. The individual will oversee marketing strategies, sales growth, and customer engagement while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Regular visits to client sites and showrooms across Kuwait are critical to building customer relationships, understanding market trends, and supporting sales staff.
Marketing Responsibilities
• Create and execute marketing strategies tailored to agricultural and landscaping markets, aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Ensure consistent and impactful representation of Washingtonia’s brand across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Conduct research to identify customer needs, competition, and emerging trends in the agricultural and landscaping sectors.
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Oversee the development of marketing content, including promotional materials, social media posts, and product/service showcases.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local agricultural associations, landscaping organizations, and key influencers to enhance brand credibility and reach.
