Responsible for assessing and evaluating various aspects of Safat D&I installation teams. This role helps maintain quality standards, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement within the D&I teams, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Mystery Visits: Conducting unannounced visit to Safat D&I, and evaluate the teams’ standards, punctuality, professionalism, and customer interaction, and assess the appearance, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the D&I team members as well as the truck.
Handling and Assembly: Ensure the proper handling of furniture during transport, to maintain a proper condition of the products, and evaluate the assembly and installation by D&I teams at the customer’s location.
Product Inspection: Examine the delivered furniture and confirm that it matches the customer’s order.
Timeliness: Evaluate the delivery team’s ability to meet scheduled delivery times and report any delays.
Documentation: Create detailed report, including written descriptions and photographic evidence of any issue observed during the delivery process.
Feedback and Recommendation: Provide feedback and recommendations to the D&I teams as well as the customer, to improve the delivery process and enhance the customer experience.
Follow-Up Visits: Conduct follow-up visits, if required, to monitor improvements based on previous assessments.
Policy: Ensure that the delivery team follows safety guidelines, company policy, and any delivery-related regulations.
