Looking for Marketing Director

Responsible to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels by understanding the client and market trends, preferences, needs  and reproduce those into competitive plans that aims at enhancing and improving the quality and growth of the hospital services. Oversees all marketing related activities, in alignment with vision, mission and values of the hospital. Tracks and analyzes the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. Have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops strategic and operational plans for the departmental functions.
  • Deploys successful marketing campaigns, social media and digital initiatives, website management, loyalty programs and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Produces valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Builds strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Prepares and monitors the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds by adhering to the approved budget.
  • Oversees various functions of the department and approves marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measures and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyzes consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Establishes realistic and challenging operational goals/ objectives for the team/department.
  • Leads & manages the marketing team to execute new concepts and achieve objectives.
