We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resource Officer (HRIS) to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing and optimizing our HR processes and system.
Job Responsibilities:
* Administer and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
* Automate core HR processes and support benefits administration, time and attendance, payroll, and other HR workflows through HRIS.
* Ensure accurate storage and management of employee data, including personal, demographic, and company information.
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
* Provide HRIS support and training to staff as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor?s degree in a related field.
* HRIS certification (mandatory).
* Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in Kuwait.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
* Previous experience in an HR department is essential. Compensation & Benefits:
