- Proactively identify new leads through various channels such as social media, editorials, referrals, Slack, and any other source.
- Adding leads to Salesforce and ensuring they are assigned to the correct sales reps.
- Validate leads and ensure all necessary information is accurately documented in Salesforce.
- Validate and upload the partner documents signed by sales reps onto Salesforce.
- Add menu images and descriptions while uploading documents to ensure partners have an attractive and comprehensive menu once live.
- Ensure smooth onboarding processes for partners and take the needed steps to solve for failed onboarding cases proactively.
- Follow up with internal teams, when needed, to ensure successful onboarding of vendors.
- Support the team in other tasks or projects as needed.
