Coordinator Sales – Talabat

  • Proactively identify new leads through various channels such as social media, editorials, referrals, Slack, and any other source. 
  • Adding leads to Salesforce and ensuring they are assigned to the correct sales reps. 
  • Validate leads and ensure all necessary information is accurately documented in Salesforce.
  • Validate and upload the partner documents signed by sales reps onto Salesforce. 
  • Add menu images and descriptions while uploading documents to ensure partners have an attractive and comprehensive menu once live. 
  • Ensure smooth onboarding processes for partners and take the needed steps to solve for failed onboarding cases proactively. 
  • Follow up with internal teams, when needed, to ensure successful onboarding of vendors.
  • Support the team in other tasks or projects as needed.
