Job Summary To direct, supervise and co-ordinate generalist HR activities within the HR/business function and assist businesses with relevant HR projects, programs and ongoing people related matters. Job Responsibilities • Develop and implement business focused HR programs to improve business and people performance. • Manage and be accountable for the business’s involvement in the annual talent management cycle. Work with senior stakeholders to ensure high quality objectives are set and individual performance is managed to these objectives culminating in a successful talent review cycle. • Review employee and organizational structures, apply organizational design principals to ensure the structure of the organization is optimized for performance. • Support ongoing learning, succession planning and development planning for your client group. • Regularly meet with key stakeholders to ensure that HR issued are identified and addressed. • Play a critical role in addressing major people issues that impact on business performance. • Ensure that adequate HR procedural controls are in place. • Direct and co-ordinate all activities of the HR team, leading coaching and developing direct reports and junior HR staff • Provide immediate solution or/and advice to employee issues & challenges. • Play a significant part in understanding and improving employee engagement within the designated client group • Work in close cooperation with other relevant stakeholders including business administrators and HRBPs to get the best possible results to the business. 1. Examine vehicle, assesses work and perform additional diagnosis if necessary. Undertake difficult repair work. re-build and re-install assemblies after ensuring correct functioning 2. Receive job card with basic instructions of work requested from Team Leader. 3. Examine vehicle, tears down failed assemblies in order to determine location, extent the nature of defective area and informs Team Leader of an additional diagnosis to be added in the job card 4. Plan necessary work and determines new parts or machining operations needs and initiates it through Team Leader. 5. Undertake difficult repair work on a variety of mechanisms (engine, transmissions, suspensions). 6. Re-build major assemblies making a variety of precision measurements (piston clearance) and adjustments (bearing pre-load) in the process. 7. Re-install assemblies in vehicles and conducts initial operating inspection. 8. Report actual time work of each job card through “The Service Management System”. 9. Use all hand tools and gauges, portable and stationery equipment, lift etc. maintains cleanliness of tools, equipment and work area. 10. Use all safety and health materials & tools. 11.
