To take ownership and effectively deal with customer requests, queries and complaints and take necessary action from feedback
Ensure all customer orders are dealt with immediately and correct procedures followed for dealing with customer orders and to take corrective actions wherever required.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of work experience in fashion retail on a Store Manager role, Bachelor’s Degree
